Answer You should probably be using a cleanser for dry skin like MD Forte Replenish Hydrating Cleanser . Use it in the shower, massage it into the skin for a couple minutes, then rinse off with warm water. I'm not sure what cleanser you've been using but it sounds like it is drying you out more.
