OK! This may sound wierd but its happening to me. My skin is tight and dry BUT I have large pores located on both apples of my cheeks and breakout on my chin and above my lips. This has been going on for 1 year now. Please help? I don't know what to do!

This could be the result of many different things, new medications, lifestyle, diet, climate change the list goes on. My best suggestion for you is to see a dermatologist in person so that they may have a visual and then consult. Best skin care wishes.
