Hello, I am 21 and the past few years I have been getting dry skin on my elbows, and now i have recently got dry skin right on my neck line where my necklace is. My necklace has never bugged me before. The dry skin on my neck is like flaky kind of it was red at first. What do you recommend? Do I have exzema:( or can i just say its dry skin. I am very self conscious and stress over little things. Please get back to me.
