One month ago, I purchased the biomedic cleanser and conditioning solution. It works well with my skin and therefore I thought that I might give it a try with the other products from biomedic line. Last week i purchased another 2 biomedic products which are conditioning gel and retinol 30. However, after 2 days using it my face became very very dry especially around my t-zone area, cheek and the area around my mouth. My skin even started to peel off. Right now, I've stopped using that two products because i don't know which one of them that cause it. Can you help me with this?And can you tell me the right amount and the right way to use those two products effectively and safely.Thanks!

Peeling, dryness and slight sensitivity are actually quite normal with these two products you incorporated into your regimen. The Retinol 30 product should be used at night. If you are uncomfortably dry and peeling I suggest using this product every other night or every third night. The Conditioning Gel can be used morning and night, however I generally recommend to use it at night only. Your regimen should start with your cleanse, follow with the Conditioning Solution, Conditioning Gel and Retinol 30. Please contact me with any further questions.
