Aging pores

I recently asked a question about my pores looking really congested and received really great advice on how to start to unclog them. Well i recently got a facial and the esthetician said that my pores were a pretty congested but that i also have aging pores. I'm only 25 so that was news to me. She literally pulled the skin tight and you couldn't even see the pores. So my question is what should i use for that since I still have combination skin and occasional breakouts. I'm afraid that products for aging skin may irritate my skin. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately I am not educated on what "aging pores" are. I have never heard of this expression, it doesn't sound like a technical esthetician term. Were you told what this condition means from the esthetician?
