I've used it before with great results on my whole face. Well the whole dark spot was done and that area of the skin healed about 3 weeks ago back to normal, but there still is a circle about an inch in diameter that is a deep red. another doctor told me that glycolic acid is too superficial to scar but somehow i feel like this is chemical burn. is there a way to reduce redness and bring it back to normal? sometimes it looks like it's finally gaining another layer on top of the red one but the second i touch it when I'm washing my face i look in the mirror and it's back to deep red. Answer I don't agree that glycolic acid can't cause scarring or a chemical burn, especially at such a high concentration.
