About a year ago I picked at a pimple on my chest. It wouldn't pop, so I left it alone. It kind of went away, but I can still feel a tiny bump underneath, like the bacteria or something never got out, and the scar's color is much lighter than the rest of my chest. I'm so tempted to cut it a tiny bit to get the bump out. I know I shouldn't do that, but what should I do?

You definitely shouldn't cut into this area. Instead I recommend you make an appointment with a dermatologist so that they may have a visual of the area and treat accordingly. Best skin care wishes.
