Anti aging?

I'm 22 and already worried about aging. Would it be a good time to start using an anti aging product? Currently I use Olay Total effects. There is so many out there! I don't know which one to go for and don't know what half of the ingredients are. But is there a really good one in your expert opinion you can recommend without being to oily? Thanks so much!!! :)

There are a number of great product lines available. The key is finding what works best for your skin and concerns. You can definitely start with some anti-aging products at your age. The best thing for you to do now is always use a sunscreen. Sun exposure contributes to a large portion of premature aging, thus it is essential for one to use SPF during the day. I recommend the following product lines: La Roche-Posay, Dermalogica, CosMedix and Murad just to name a few. Keep in mind there are a number more product lines that are fantastic.
