I have had these two small scars on my chin since the summer. They are more like scabs. I don't think they started as acne, just dry skin patches. Now they are scars/scabs and will not go away. I do pick occasionally, but try hard not to. Even when I don't for a while they still won't go away. I've tried aloe vero, neosporin, salicylic acid, etc. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? Answer It's difficult to say for certain what would be the best treatment, without a visual, but it sounds like you may need to try and exfoliate initially. I recommend Dermalogica Skin Prep Scrub along with a nourishing moisturizer like Nouriva Repair Moisturizing Cream. Best skin care wishes.
