pink and white patches on my face?

Hi, I'm only fourteen and for a few months, maybe five to six, I'v developed a 50 cent coin sized white patch on the center of my forehead. At first it wasn't dry, but much later on it started to become mildly dry and feels different compared to the rest of my skin. I also have just recently developed a pink patch under my right eyebrow, it also seems to slowly be developing under my left eyebrow. This patch is dark pink though not red, gets VERY dry and stings rarely.
