Wrinkles Upper/lower Eyelids |
| | 33 yr old female with wrinkles on my lower lids when i smile and upper lids all the time .the wrinkles on my lower lids were not there four months ago.what cause this change so quickly?is it from lack of sleep?i was prescribed hydrocortisone cream for itchy eyelids a month age,which i have used in about 2 weeks?is it permanent?what can i do? |

Under Eye Wrinkles And Retin-A |
| | Hi! I have heard conflicting stories about whether or not it is advisable to use Retin-A under eyes to help with the appearance of wrinkles. I have been trying to find a solution for my crepey-looking skin under my eyes and fine lines. I have tried Botox near my crows feet and that helped with the side wrinkles, but it seems that it made the wrinkles right under my eyes more obvious. I have used Retin-A several times for acne/ skin turnover. Is it okay to use under eyes too? |

Ive just turned 30 for the last year Ive used eye cream under my eyes but lately I have notice that the wrinkles have become more prominent & deeper etc.. there have definitely got worse Ive heard now that maybe I shouldn't have been using it at all that it has made wrinkles! I was told all the rubbing of the area could have made it worse as I wasn't dabbing it on as I should have been also I smoke but not a lot & I think that maybe contributing to them I'm really worried about them now I was thinking of not using the eye cream for few weeks to see if any difference & also cutting down on cigarettes & giving up then soon... Is there any advice you can offer me on this as it is stressing me out please advise I look forward to your reply. Thank You. |

Ezcema, Hyperpigmentation, Fine Wrinkles |

I am Asian and have had eczema for 25 years. A few years ago I had severe eczema around my mouth and upper lip. Although it is much better now, the skin around that area is darker than the rest of my face and the skin on my upper lip has very fine wrinkles. Do you have any suggestions for something to lighten that area and reduce the wrinkles? I tried using make up to cover it but due the texture it looks worse. Even if the wrinkles cannot be changed, decreasing the pigmentation would be helpful. I was considering something like Omega-3 Repair Complex - Discoloration by Sonya Dakar or Mela-D
by La Roche-Posay but I noticed there are many choices available on on this site. |

Wrinkles At A Young Age |
| | Hello
I'm only 19 years old and have 4 horizontal lines (pretty deep) all over my forehead.
These have been there since I was 15, and now at age 19 they are just getting worse.
I NEVER go tanning, I always use sunscreen.
I don't smoke.
I eat healthy.
In fact the only "cause" I can link this to is stress, but no way stress can cause this much premature wrinkling.
Today after shaving my beard for the first time in 2 weeks, I noticed 2 new deep wrinkles on each side of my mouth (smile lines?)
Also getting crows feet and losing facial fat in my brows and cheeks.
What is wrong with me?
My mom is 50 and got almost no wrinkles, same with my dad at 53.
My bigger sister and brother got none either.
I've tried various creams, dermarolling, moisturizing.
NOTHING yields results, I keep getting wrinkles and depressed.
I need serious advice, and what could be the cause of this?
Also, do I have to go for botox or is there other ways to actually fix wrinkles?
I need this under control ASAP no matter what, or I'll look 50 at my 25 birthday and be majorly depressed...

Wrinkles Around Eyes/cheekbones |
| | Hi,
I am 41 years old, have generally very nice skin, fair and pretty wrinkle free, except for around my eyes. The wrinkles are actually on my cheekbones and only "appear" when I smile. When I am not smiling, I can't see anything.
Are these "expression lines?" Are they caused by dryness? I have tried retinol eye creams and they seem to bring out the wrinkles even more. So I usually stop using them pretty quickly. I use Olay Regenerist Eye Serum during the day, and I like it a lot. (I also use the Patricia Wexler line for day and night, which I also like very much, but her eye cream is also too harsh it seems) Is there anything stronger that I could use around my eyes at night which would combat these wrinkles around the eye/cheekbone area? I live in France, so La Roche-Posay products would be easy to get, if you think they might help.

| | Hello, I'm 26 years old and in the past year I feel like aging and wrinkles have attacked me. I notice puffy dark circles under my eyes and fine wrinkles lines that I hadn’t before. Few Wrinkles, But Sagging Face |
| | I'm a 29-year-old Asian with few facial wrinkles (except for a few around my orbital bone.) However, my face seems to be sagging, but still very few wrinkles. With facial muscle weighing down, it looks like I'm wearing a pair of huge parenthesis around my mouth. I started using Amatokin® Emulsion by StriVectin, but that doesn't help to solve my problem.

| | I was having white heads problem before some 4 years. I had treatment for that, had terramycin tablets prescribed by a skin doctor.
It got cured to an extent but because of that problem I got wrinkles in

Then once I mailed a beauty expert regarding this and she prescribed
retin A. In Chennai only Retino A (J&J product) 0.025% and 0.05% were

available. I used 0.05% and it got cured up to some extent but still I
have wrinkles. Now that retino A is not working even if I use it for 2
months. Please prescribe something effective to get it cured. Or should
I use retin A with more concentration? If so let me know where to get it

| | i am 21, fair skin, and kinda sensitive. underneath my eyes I'm beginning to get wrinkles. i wear neutrogena sunscreen everyday but is it possible that it is too harsh for the eye area? what is the best thing to use to make the lines go away?? and does worrying really make them worse? |
