| | I am a 32 year old who has always had fairly clear skin. In the past year i have developed breakouts on my back even though I wash thoroughly and often. I have always had a mole like blemish on my back in the same area and recently it looks more like a pimple. i have drained alot of puss and blood out of it but it is hard under the skin. it continues to reform after i drain it. Should i be concerned? it is right on my spine and has recently been causing much pain. It busted on it's own the other day and gave off a very sour smell with the puss and blood. |

| | I am 38 and have several skin issues. Recently, I noticed these small blemishes around my ankles. They look as if they were applied by a ball-point pen. They are not raised, nor do they itch. They appear to be contained to the area that are covered by my socks. Any idea of what they might be caused by? |

| | Hi, I have a pimple on my chin that seemed very deep so I didn't touch it for a week or two waiting for it to come to the surface so I could treat it. It never really did, and now the area is red and tough to the touch. It seems as though the area around it is getting a little tougher as well (like there is fluid underneath my skin??). I have been washing my face with Neutrogena and tea tree oil-based products and using a light moisturizer as well as tea tree oil directly on the blemish, but nothing has changed. Do you think I should go to the dermatologist? That kind of freaks me out, so if that is your recommendation, what do you think I should expect? Thank so much. |

| | Hello! I have had these two small scars on my chin since the summer. They are more like scabs. I don't think they started as acne, just dry skin patches. Now they are scars/scabs and will not go away. I do pick occasionally, but try hard not to. Even when I don't for a while they still won't go away. I've tried aloe vero, neosporin, salicylic acid, etc. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? |
