what product to buy to get ride of old acne scarring

Well I've suffered from a bit of acne in my forehead just recently but most of the pimples are now gone but they've left dark marks on my forehead,they sort of look like small tiny dark holes when you look closely and it's really not pretty considering I am light skinned.Would you please recommend me a really good product that would help me remove this scars? I don't care about how much it is worth,I just really wish to remove this scars.

Hello, I had cyst acne on my cheek and applied it with a white acne cream. It dried my cyst acne, and I applied some gel from aloe plant. The cyst acne got dried and the scab fell off. I don’t think I picked it off and the blood and pus came out. Now, there is a small red flat scar that looks like it may be indented in some way because when I look in the mirror closer, I noticed that there is some broken skin or tissue around the scar. It is hard to explain without showing the picture of my scar. If it is alright for me to send you a picture of my scar for you to tell what kind of scar it is, I would do that. Please let me know if it is alright. I have used Blemish Be Gone, Mederma, and other things. I heard that Mederma is for raised scars only, not flat ones. If using that product, it will make the scars more indented. Is that true? Right now, I am using Blemish Be Gone. I also am thinking about getting Scar Zone or other things. Also, what products and treatments do you think that will help with my scar? Thank you very much.

A couple months ago, I got a pimple above my lip on the left hand side, I barely even noticed it but it was there for a while. I was shaving one day and it knicked it by accident, so I figured, I might as well get all the bacteria out, because I could feel there was something still under my skin. Barely anything came out but I could tell there was more inside my skin, so I decided to leave it alone. It ended up scabbing and seemed to be healing fine just like anything else. I've had plenty of scrapes, cuts, etc on my face which heal slowly but when they heal they leave no trace of a scar or anything. But this one was different. After the scab came off, it stayed red, and I figured it would heal over time, but it's been a month and it's still red and obviously a small flat scar, as less/no hair is growing in that area and you can tell the skin is slightly different than the surrounding skin texture wise. It's small, probably less than a centimeter, but the fact that it's not showing any signs of fading/healing really bothers me. The darker pink/red spot really shows in contrast to my light complexion. I thought for sure the redness would clear after a month. Is there anything I can do to fade/heal this small scar? I ordered Mederma a few days ago, but I've seen really mixed reviews so I don't know what to expect. I've been thinking about going to a dermatologist, but I don't know what they could possibly do or offer to help with a scar. I wouldn't care if it couldn't be COMPLETELY eliminated, I just want it to be faded to a point where it's not very noticeable. Are there any products you recommend? Would you recommend seeing a dermatologist? Is mederma a good choice for a scar like this? (sorry for the complexity of my post, I wanted to make sure I was detailed to get the best possible opinion)

I had an acne cyst on my chest that has just recently burst. I am left with a round, white indent that I fear might turn into a pitted acne scar. In the mean time, the wound is still raw (only a couple days old). Is there a way I can prevent scarring? Please help!

I am a cancer survivor. As a result of my chemotherapy, I have experienced acne on my back and shoulders, and subsequently have acne scars on my back and upper arm region. These scars are quite unsightly. How do I get rid of these scars? What products can I use;I am no longer on chemo. I am a black woman of medium-brown complexion. hi, i was wondering if you could answer a few questions for me. i have previously suffered from keloid or hypertrophic scarring, a dermatologist told me they were keloid, but they were just raised scars which were no bigger than the origional wound so i believe them to be hypertrophic. i want to get my ears pierced. what are the risks? thanks very much, simon

Hi I'm 17 years old and i started using a cream for my feet, because i had a dark spot on both of my fat toes. After a few weeks using the cream the dark area started going away, but then the cream started leaving like a dark scar where i didn't even have a dark spot before!:( so i believe the cream like burnt my skin or something.?:( i was wondering what i can do about this?. or if it will heal and go away on its own.? please help me!:( i want to wear sandals, and stop hiding my feet!:(

About a year ago i developed a rash on my leg after a series of weeks. It started off small but gradually grew because I scratched it. After i put allergy cream that was given to me by my doctor the rash had gone away but now i am stuck with the scar.
