There's a reason why they call it a "step up" program- just incase anyone was thinking about "skipping up" instead. This is one of the most powerful glycolic products available- anywhere! It does take some time to get to the 3rd level, step 3 but it is well worth the time and money you invest on your way to younger, brighter looking skin. However, if you let if go for a while or fall back down the ladder (kind of like exercise), you have to work your way back up to the level you were st before.
