Ascorbyl palmitate is a stable antioxidant that facilitates collagen production. DAE Complex is an antioxidant cocktail that stabilizes cell membranes and thus tends to lower oxidative stress within the skin. DAE is a precursor of acetyl choline and thus also helps facilitate tighter, firmer skin. The C-ESTA line has a Hand and Body Cream, but is mostly focused on facial skin with several key niche products and a special emphasis on eyes and lips. C-ESTA also contains an oral skin vitamin supplement, C-ESTAMINS, designed to help the appearance of the skin from the inside out.

Jan Marini also offers lines focused on retinol (Factor A Line), benzoyl peroxide (Therapeutic Line), papain (Enzyme Line) and TGF Beta-1 (Transformation Line). Each line has several product categories and taken in aggregate these product lines greatly expand the scope of Jan's product offering. The really hot product line in recent times, however, continues to be the Age Intervention Line.

I had the opportunity to meet Jan Marini Skin Research, Inc. President and CEO Jan Marini and Director of Marketing Reed Anderson in Washington, DC last month at the 65th American Academy of Dermatology Meeting. I found them both to be a pleasure and was able to speak with Jan about her hot new products - Age Intervention Eyelash Conditioner and Age Intervention Hair Revitalizing Conditioner. These products have been so 'hot' lately that for a brief period the company could not make them fast enough to satisfy demand. While neither of these products is FDA approved to treat any condition and the company is quick to point out that they make no claims of medical benefits, the fact is that these products appear to have remarkable effects.
