Toner to the rescue from Long Beach, CA Verified Purchaser

This toner turned out to be the perfect product for me and works better than witch hazel alone. It really improved my oily skin without the stinging and irritation of some products that have benzol peroxide or significantly more alcohol than this toner does. No more spider veins, or that itchy inflamed oily skin that comes with excess oil. It feels like the perfect balance of ingredients for my skin.
