The lowest level of the 3 Afirm creams yet I noticed an immediate change in my complexion and decrease in wrinkles. The only negative is I've noticed a bit more oily skin and breakouts.

I liked Afirm 1x a lot. Just after 2 weeks of use, it made my skin look great - it evened skin tone and reduced small lines but most importantly, made my skin glow!

An over the counter retinol product; easy to use, no prescription necessary. It did not cause any irritation or discomfort but I'm not sure it produced any benefit.

It seems to be working on my crows feet. I am ordering the 2x for around my mouth.

Afirm 1x is more gentle of an exfoliant than I thought, was afraid to start higher. So, since I use effacious products to begin with, it doesn't do much for me. It does soften and keep fines lines smooth. I would recommend it for sensitive skin or skin that is acne prone. My next purchase will be Afirm 3x.

I love this! I could probably have started with the 2x, but wanted to make sure it wouldn't irritate my sometimes-sensitive skin. It did not, and I don't have any extra dryness either. Within 5 days my skin was already feeling smoother and 2 weeks later it's nice and soft. The product is lightly creamy and smoothes on easily. It has a very light scent that doesn't irritate my nose like stronger ones do. I highly recommend.

Afirm is very easy to use. My skin absorbs it quickly and I can then apply my moisturizer

This product has a form of vitamin a, which basically exfoliates cells quicker to reveal clear skin underneath and improve shape of irregular pores. I use it at night, and am pretty satisfied with it beyond a little dryness

I do not have sensitive skin at all, so I first tried Afirm 2x. After a few days, it felt and looked like my skin was scalded. I then ordered this and had similar irritation and redness. I know this is typical with retinoids, and I'm determined to get the benefits of topical Vitamin A on my skin, so I'm setting this tube aside and preparing my skin with an even weaker retinol product, which isn't irritating. I've noticed in using other powerful products that acclimating your skin really does work to reduce irritation.

Just be aware, even if you don't have sensitive skin, that you can get significant irritation even from the weaker formulation.

I like afirm the best of these types of products. It is not too harsh and you get results. You also get a choise of strengths.
