An excellent cream for night. . . exfoliates while you sleep. I sometimes use it during the day as well. It works but is still gentle on the skin.

I started using this product a year ago at the advise of an esthetician when my acne flared up, very happy with the results.

A creme that you can apply in oily or acne prone areas everyday or every other day to keep the zits away, minimize redness, and dry out oily areas.

I love this product. I was looking for something to help with wrinkles and acne this really fits the bill. Pros- it works. Cons- wear sunscrean, mild stinging, I wish I didn't have to stick my fingers in a jar to apply product.

I'm definitely going to be getting this product again. It's fantastic! I'm very skeptical about skincare. I'm a soon to be MD so I really take the time to look at what the product contain. My lifestyle entails a lot of stress, which means that my skin has broken out more times than once. I went to get a facial a few months ago at my favorite spot...Spa Los Gatos in California and was recommended this product. It took another two months before I actually went out and bought it because it comes with a pretty hefty price tag and I didn't want to be the sucker that just bought something because someone recommended it. Honestly, after buying it, I have no regrets. I use it once a day and put it on about an hour before I'm going to bed. This product has made my skin clear up quickly, my skin texture is now more even, and it has prevented me from breaking out all month. Seriously, an excellent product that I highly recommend. I think that this should be used once a day before bed. For some, it may cause some irritation due to the 2% salicylic acid content. If you are going to use it twice a day, then please make sure to apply sunscreen over this product prior to going outside.

I love this cream! If I were to only use one product for my oily problematic skin- this would be it!

This is the most powerful delivery of salicylic acid I have ever seen. I had a cyst that was erupting and put a bit of this on it overnight. It brought it to the surface within a day - it was embarrasingly huge, too! But then it went down and effectively disappeared within a few days, which is much faster than my cysts usually disappear. I have not tried it all over my face because it so strong I fear it would cause an excess of purging. I do use it on my back, though, and found that has cleared up quite a bit.
