Daily 5-6 pill requirement with no results after 2+ weeks. I have hope since it takes a while to grow hair, but I could get a daily supplement of Biotin with pre-natal vitamins. I'll finish off the supply but not sure if I'll purchase again.

Each packet contains five pills which contain numerous vitamins, minerals, etc.I taken them for about eight years and feel they really do help my skin plus the normal vitamin results. I am a big fan.

I've been on these for less than a month, so I can't really tell if there are visible improvements. I'm ordering another box to give it more time. In the meantime, they're super easy to take (I'm use to taking supplements so the size or taste don't bother me at all) and it makes me feel better knowing that I'm doing something to help slow down the signs of aging.

The quality of the supplements and simplicity of the packets. I've notice skin is hydrated and looking fab since taking these!

I was hesitant at first to spend $80 on vitamins, but I am so thankful I did! My skin is looking more radiant than I ever remember, and my fine lines have been smoothed out, more filled in. Besides the glowing skin, the vitamins have kept my immunity high, and I have been healthy all winter even though my family has gone through numerous colds. The vitamins give me a healthy jolt of energy each morning, and I see a difference in my endurance at the gym and in my playfulness with my kids. I plan to continue purchasing these vitamins, for they promote health and beauty from the inside out! Worth the money...

This is a great product. I use it everyday before applying anything else. It feels light and it is none oily. This product has been a great addition to my daily regimen.

I have to say that these vitamins made me want to throw up when I first tried them. Since the label recommends that one takes them after a meal, I just couldn't stand the smell. So, I decided to take them in between meals; that is, while I'm having lunch I take them with my food so the taste/smell is not as bad. I can tolerate it better. I have been taking them for about 2 1/2 weeks but think I need to take them for longer before I see results. One thing is that my skin does not feel as dry as it used to. So I will continue to take these vitamins.

taking these vitamins at night has made a noticeable difference int he way my skin looks-its often hard to tell if a product actually makes a difference, but these do - other people have even commented after I started taking them.

I have taken many vitamins designed for hair, skin and nail health. These are far superior to any other supplement I've experienced. After using these for about a month, I noticed a more even skin tone, smaller pores, a brighter glow. And yes, this applies to the skin all over my body. The only thing about this product that doesn't thrill me is the high price.
