Reviews of Avene Cicalfate Restorative Skin Cream

I used this cream on my scar area after a surgery and has reduced the redness and sensitivity.

Great product. Definitely helps skin heal and seems to reduce scarring. A little bit of this cream goes a long way.

I have to use it for longer to see the effect. I liked that it is no hydrochloride and I was able to use on my face. I have eczema on my face and I hesitate to use steroid creams due to the side effects. I believe it is a good substitute.

I have been using this on a scar and its fantastic at helping fade marks.

Its also great on helping heal any type of burn, scrapes, etc

It goes on thick and has no smell but it absorbs threw the skin quickly without feeling sticky and it works on sever dryness without causing breakouts!

I used the product following laser resurfacing of my face.

Aquafore works great on hydration but it was absolutely miserable to sleep with that on your face. I used Cicalfate and it was soothing and comforting on my face and not greasy. I do believe the product facilitates healing. If you are extremely dry, cicalfate will not be enough alone. I was very happy that I had this product in the 2 weeks following my procedure.

This creamy skin cream is great if you have troublesome skin. I have been having issues with dry/roseacea/psoriasis and this skin cream was recommended by my Derm and has been great

I have been using Renova, which has caused redness and dry patches. I used Cicalfate on the affected areas and it was instantly soothing and comforting. I am going to start using this an hour or so after applying the Renova.

did not have much depth to it. I still need something more hydrating yet non irritating after a peel.

Although delivery (in Christmas Holidays) was late, the cream is fantastic!! My niece, Alaina, has asthma and real bad eczema. With cream, she quickly recovered a terrible rash on her neck. I hope cream continues to help her and others in need.
