Reviews of Murad Clarifying Cleanser

My daughter actually uses this. She has been seeing a dermatologist for about a year and we really struggled getting her face clear. Along with prescription creams she began using this Murad Clarifying Cleanser - she loves it. I'm happy to report that her skin is finally clear and breakouts are rare.

I have adult acne with oily skin and use a lot of prescription products that cause my skin to flake, so I was using a "scrub" cleanser every night to exfoliate the dead skin cells; however, I would still flake very badly the next day. My daughter raved over this cleanser and I tried it and immediately it removed the dead skin cells, but what I didn't realize was that when I was using the scrub, I was also removing a layer of skin that I shouldn't be and that skin was basically "scabbing" over the next day under my makeup and flaking off. When I used the Murad Clarifying Cleanser, it removed the dead skin, but left the healthy skin. It is gentle enough that I use it at night and morning. So, now, when I wear my makeup, it doesn't flake off anymore. This product really made a difference for me, as I didn't realize I was doing the wrong thing until I changed to this cleanser. It really is the best I've ever used.

I really like this cleanser. I have bounced around with a few different ones over the years, and they have all either left a residue on my face, clogged my pores or dried my skin out. This one doesn't do any of those things. It tingles as it works and leaves my face feeling crisp and clean, but not dried out.

The best cleanser I have every used. It has helped keep my acne away. I jusr wish it would be more foamy.
