This is a great product to help decrease congestion in the pore. It has really helped decrease breakouts and helps control oil on the skin.

This product has helped to quicken the healing of a few skin discolorations and does seem to improve the texture of my skin. It doesn't heal blemishes right away, but does help prevent them and keep them from scarring. This stuff is yellow and smells like carrots, which is the only major downside! It actually makes my skin look kind of yellow, but once I put my makeup on it's okay. I recommend letting it absorb into your skin for a few minutes before using makeup or primer.

This product has drastically improved my skin. I have combination/oily skin and when I hit my mid-20s began a battle with adult acne. This usually consisted of blemishes on my cheeks, chin, just under my chin, etc. which appeared frequently and didn't go away for days or even weeks.

I discovered the CosMedix line after I had a facial and the spa used CosMedix products. I use both the Purity Clean and Clarity Serum and not only have my blemishes become very few and far between, but the texture of my skin is actually smoother.

I have used this product for years and it keeps my oily skin in balance. I use it immediately after Purity Clean and before my moisturizer. It is also great before my Refine 4% at bedtime.

Love this product serum so much. It makes m skin glow and smooth. I never got lots of compliments about my face before but recently people could see the big improvement on my face and kept asking me what I’m using. I’m so glad that I listened to my friend to try out this product and going to stick with it for good.

I've been using this stuff for years. At times I stray and try another product, but I always end up coming back to this product. It fades any hyper pigmentation and decreases oily skin. It also tightens my pores.

A light, clean, absorbable serum. It's hard to say how much it's helping my acne, but it feels nice after application. It's very moisturizing all by itself.

I have had acne issues for about all of my adult life and it was getting particularly bad this past year. The Clarity Serum really helps to maintain a smoother and more acne-free complexion. It doesn't solve things overnight, but after continual use I am really noticing a general brightness and fewer breakouts. My face feels naked whenever I don't use it right after a wash!

Clarity is the only product I've ever used that actually does what I'm looking for it to do...clears my skin and heals it quickly.

This product works well on goes on easily. Clarity serum has improved my acne immensley. I use 2 pumps twice a day.
