5 out of 5Healthy Skin Foundation from rpv, CA
This provides excellent coverage and is good for your skin. I had been looking for a mineral liquid foundation that allows skin to breathe.

5 out of 5My Go To Concealer from Virginia Beach, VA Verified Purchaser
I use to purchase over the counter concealers and was never satified. I have some sun damage and this product does a great job in covering it up. Im in love with it.

5 out of 5My new staple by Sedimental from Greensboro, CA Verified Purchaser
I'm on my third tube and about to buy another. This foundation is versatile and solves a lot of the problems I've always had finding one that works. It's really thick and creamy so works well as a concealer, both under eyes and for redness. You can just dot it on and it blends well. I then mix it with a dot of moisturizer to create a liquid I can blend all over. I top it with a mineral powder just because I really need to layer the coverage and sunscreen. But it never looks thick. This is really great stuff--excellent coverage but never looks tacky. I highly recommend.

4 out of 5Heavy coverage for blemishes, circles- blends great with sheerer foundation from Cartersville, GA Verified Purchaser
I have been using the Illuminare foundations for about a year now and I really, really like them...BUT if you really want the right coverage and color, you need to blend them. For me (light skin, some hyperpigmentation, occasional breakouts) a blend of the Florentine Fair Moisturizing Foundation and the Portofino Porcelain Concealing Foundation is the perfect color and just enough coverage without looking cakey or fake. Just one or the other is either too much or too little coverage. The great thing about these foundations is that they won't break you out, they resist water well, and they look great for 12+ hours. I know they are expensive, and buying more than one makes it really expensive, but if you have sensitive skin and want the coverage of a liquid foundation along with the benefits of mineral make-up, this is well worth it.

5 out of 5Best foundation ever KB from Rudyard, MT Verified Purchaser
I bought the alabaster from Amazon a few months ago, but I decided to get the procelain for the summer months. I have a hard time finding any makeup that does not have any undertones. Otherwise, I look too pink, or worse, there are ones that are just pink. Not this, though. Stays on well, although it does need to be refreshed by the end of the afternoon like other foundations.

5 out of 5Excellent, but requires skill to apply. from Santa Fe, NM Verified Purchaser
This is probably the best product I've used to cover my rosacea, when I take my time and prep my skin correctly. It fills in enlarged pores and covers redness without the lumpy or pasty look that a lot of foundations cause. However, if I apply with my fingers, or don't let other products completely dry before applying this foundation, it looks terrible. It's not a good "on-the-go" fix.

CommentsTotally agree by Giovise
I must say that I love this product and I use mainly as concealer. However it requires quite some time to blend in the skin, otherwise it makes my pores look gigantic. I find it necessary to warm the product up on the back of my hand first and than I work it on the skin with my fingers. I find it too pasty to be applied with brushes.

5 out of 5AWESOME coverage!!! from El Paso, TX Verified Purchaser
I am absolutely ECSTATIC to have found a paraben-free/fragrance-free foundation that actually provides AMAZING coverage (and doesn't cause break outs!!) I swear I have tried pretty much every natural foundation out there (ranging from powder/mineral to liquid to cream), and NONE have even come close to covering my acne/acne scars.
This stuff definitely does the trick! It doesn't feel heavy on my face, looks very natural, stays on super well throughout the day, and even helps control oil build up.
I was worried about finding a good shade in this (due to the limited color selection)-- but much to my relief, Portofino Porcelain matched perfectly.
If it weren't for your website, I would have never stumbled across this fantastic product! Thank you SO MUCH DermStore!!

A bit too heavy for foundation, I use this as concealer. The coverage is great and the formulation doesn't cause breakouts.
