Reviews of Derma Topix Benzoyl Peroxide Wash 5 Percent

I like how it's pretty gentle and that it doesn't seem to contain anything that will clog up the pores for those with acne prone skin which I try to avoid!! I like how this doesn't contain a mineral oil like most other BP wash I see does, which I hear can be pore clogging, which is one of the main reasons I get this one!! It doesn't seem like this product has lot of ingredients which is usually nice when u look for a treatment product!! Just wish it was a bit more sudsy upon application like soapy I guess so you know it's working, since it is a bit thin, but overall I like it so far!!

This is the best Benzoyl Peroxide face wash I have ever tried...and I have tried plenty of them. My old face wash became very hard to find, so I was forced to try something new. I'm glad I did, as this wash seems to do a better job cleaning, and leaves no "post-wash shine" on my face like the old wash did. Once you find a product that works for you, it's hard to take the plunge and try something new...I know from experience. However, if you're using a different Benzoyl Peroxide wash right now, I would strongly recommend giving this one a go and comparing it to your current product.

I've purchased many face washes to treat my daughter's acne and she found them all to be drying. This wash was recommended by her dermatologist and she likes it. Ordering it again.

Works well. Seems to have a good effect, and the scent is decent if not great. Foams well, though, and is easy to use without drying my skin.

Excellent cleanser for my teenagers without drying their face. Dermatologist wrote a prescription and pharmacy wanted to charge over $100 for the same product!

It helps me get the money. I wouldn't load the face up with it unless you want to be peeling like a Finn in a sun room. Works well on the body though. 5% is a good level.

The product (along with a topical clindamycin lotion) helped clear up the acne on my back. It is a little harsh for my face so I need to moisturize directly after I wash or else I start peeling. I would recommend this product for people with stubborn back acne.

The Topix Derma 5% Benzoyl is great. Studies have shown that 10% benzoyl peroxide and 5% have same efficacy with 5% having less irritation; I found this to be true! Great product, reduces lesion counts while also having less irritation than my previous benzoyl peroxide product.

Quality product that doesn't overdry the skin. Works very well. Works well to reduce acne and is mild on the skin.

Great everyday wash for your chest/back if you are prone to acne in these areas.

I love this face wash. This product has the same ingredients that my old face wash did (which was discontinued), so I tried this and love it. Even with all my stress, this definitely is a must on my hygiene list.

i don't like that the bottle squeezes out so much product at once. other than that I LOVE IT!
