Unlike other products I've used this is very gentle. In the past I've used products for acne that have caused my skin to get irritated, red, and overly dry after continued us. But Effaclar K, is gentle enough to use on my entire face every day. Great product for those with mild acne. Smooth enough to wear under makeup.

I am not sure if it works, but I am religiously applying it for 4 weeks now, at least there is not peeling or burning. I am using it day and night, it goes easily under make up. My skin looks nice in the morning, nicely moisturized. I have been using Neutrogena's on spot treatment, but unfortunately I became allergic to it after 3 months, so I cant use it any more. It was clearing my skin wonderfully.

This is a really good spot treatment. It won't dry out your skin even if you use it twice a day. You could also put it under make-up. The skin absorbs this lotion easily. I just love using this product. I've been using this for three months now. The best acne product ever.

This is a wonderful cream that addresses adult acne without using peroxide, that drys out your skin. A great product for anyone that is aging.

This product is great for keeping acne away without drying the skin. It goes on smooth under makeup unlike many acne products. I have battled acne all my life. I think Effaclar K takes some of the oil and shine away from my skin for a more matted look. I love the LaRoche-Posay line of skincare! I use Effaclar K after I wash with the Effaclar purifying foaming gel. I have been using this line for two months and I've noticed my skin getting better everyday.
