5 out of 5 An easy way to emphasis your eyes by anonymous

The EmphasEYES Eye Pencilis a very thin pencil used to line the lower and upper rims of the eyes.I have tried many different eyelining products from many different companies, this is the only product that I have found that is easy to use and also lasts all day. It really brings out the eyes. It is very easy to apply to the lower inner rim of the eye as well as right next to the eyelashes on the eyelid.
