Glytone Exfoliating Body Wash does mostly what it says it exfoliates. I noticed a slight improvement in texture and clarity in my skin and surprisingly less irritation after shaving my legs. In my case its best if used every other day or 3 -4 times a week. I have extremely sensitive skin so daily use is not recommended by me if you do too. Slightly disappointed because the Glytone Gel Wash for Oily skin is awesome so I thought this would be too but its not bad either.

A few years ago, my dermatologist recommended this body wash for my keratosis pilaris. There is no real cure but she thought it would help. And boy did it! After a few weeks of using the wash my skin had never been smoother. The bumps greatly decreased and my skin is soft. I am totally devoted to Glytone!

I haven't been using it long but it does a good job. You have to use it every other day or every 3 days because it will dry your skin out. I bought this to improve my keratosis pilaris. I haven't seen major improvements but I'm hoping!
