On a positive note, Pevonia products have wonderful packaging and I always love to pick it up and use it. The eye lotion is lightweight, and works fine under makeup...no noticeable scent. In general, this lotion works fine...it keeps my under-eye area moisturized, but it is not working any miracles on my fine lines. I would say it is comparable in effectiveness to an eye cream one could buy at a drug store.
