Alternative to Concealer by Gracee from bayonne, NJ

I've always had a hard time working with concealers. Either I still don't know how to use them or I just haven't found the right shade and formula for my under-eye circles. I tried per-fekt not really knowing what to expect from it, but after first application, I realized that it functions almost like a concealer, works a little bit like a line-filler and doubles as an eye primer. It's perfect for everyday wear, but if you need more coverage, it doesn't hurt to add another layer of concealer.
