Reviews of MD Forte Facial Cleanser II

For the first time ever, I have totally clear skin. I stumbled across the product online, read tons of reviews and decided to try it (15%) - it has worked for me. I started slow until I knew how my skin would react. Everyone's skin is different, but I use it morning and night and once a week use an Olay microdermabrasion product - people have actually commented on my skin. It takes only a small amount for each use, so I think it's a good value for the price - only wish I'd found this years sooner.

Great skin cleanser for sensitive, aging, and acne prone skin. A little goes a long way! Stick with the level II though... the III is irritating and caused slight breakouts. The II is perfect for me. Can sting at first if you aren't used to it...

This cleanser makes your face feeling clean and smooth! It has also helped with my skin texture. This is my new favorite cleanser.

This product has helped reduce my breakouts drastically. It can be drying so it is important to pair it with a good moisturizer, I suggest the NeoStrata facial serum.

after pregnancy MD forte was the only cleanser that worked in clearing my acne. It leaves my skin soft, clear and reduced my acne scars.

The cleanser is unscented and emoilent, which leaves your skin feeling very clean and soft. Excellent product.

My skin actually feels clean after using it compared to other cleansers. I have tried many different products despite using this for years when I run out and am waiting for my product to arrive. Everyone who has tried the product at my suggestion is hooked as well.

I've been using MD Forte cleanser for the past 15 years. It's gentle, but very good for my acne prone skin. My dermatologist recommended it 15 years ago; it works for me, and I've never stopped using it! It doesn't foam up (not necessary to cleanse one's face!), and it doesn't have any odor.

I highly recommend this product for people that need to be super careful about what they use on their acne prone/sensitive skin....You can't go wrong!!

I LOVE this cleanser!! I purchased MD Forte Cleanser II and III and I love them both!! Leaves my skin smooth and soft. I could not find a great exfoliator for my face and this does the job. It's a pleasure applying BB cream every morning, my face is smooth and ready. Highly recommended!!

I should start this review off by stating that I have been battling acne since the age of 12. I am 24 now, and I never thought that it would end. I have been seeing a dermatologist for years, and while my acne has improved, I was never fully satisfied. I did my research before buying this cleaser because I was skeptical since I have tried everything over the years. My acne right now is the best it has ever been. I wouldn't even call it acne. I just get a zit here and there from time to time now. My routine consists of using this cleanser in the morning followed by Neutrogena moisturizer (which I may change to maracuja oil soon because of the winter) and Origins serum under the eyes. I then use my Stila stay all day liquid foundation. After work, I use an Origins exfoliater to remove my makeup in the shower, and then the MD Forte II cleanser. I let the cleaser sit on my skin for a few minutes so it can work its magic. Before bed I use my Retin-A Micro which has also saved my life. My skin is more clear and even-toned than ever. The small pimply bumps that I had on my forehead have vanished, I have fewer whiteheads, and my skin glows. I have to say, the first week with this cleanser was terrible. I had horrible purging. However, after all my years of seeing a dermatologist, I knew this was normal. It was just the cleanser doing its job, digging down deep and cleaning my skin out. It subsided after 10 days or so. I have experience with purging because of the Retin-A, which purged my skin for the first 2 months or so. Please try this cleanser! Take it from a skeptic, it works!

I love this cleanser. I use Retinal A and my skin is very sensitive. So many products on the market burn and iritate my face. This cleanser is so good. I highly recommend it.

This cleanser is a great glycolic cleanser to use during the dry winter months. It cleans well without being harsh. I lather it until it stings slightly, so I know the glycolic acid is active.
