this is a great toner and does not dry out the skin. light green, clear liquid. it's not one of those products you have to shake up to make sure it's mixed well.

I love this toner. Not only does it smell fantastic, but it also is very light. You don't feel like you are just washing your face with water on a cotton round. It really is refreshing and leaves my skin feeling very clean. This toner also lasts me up to six months. A real bargain.
