Reviews of Avene Gentle Gel Cleanser

This is a thick, pearlescent, pink mix with flecks of something in it. I enjoy the line, overall, so i'm giving this one a try. Liked the soapless one that is discontinued, but it didn't remove my make-up on its own. So, i'm hopeing this one does.

This cleanser is really gentle! I use it primarily to wash my eyes at night - they are extremely sensitive with oily eyelids. The only cleanser, that doesn't irritate them! And in the morning I wash my entire face with it-the cleanser is very soothing and the skin feels baby soft after! I'm on my 4th bottle, btw

I absolutely loved this cleanser. I have combination/dry sensitive skin and this is my go to cleanser for fall-winter. It cleans my face but doesn't leave it dried out. I do use it in combination with a toner and moisturizer as well but besides that I think it would be effective on it's own for those with slightly oilier skins. For dryer skin types, this might not be the best choice.

I love Avene sunscreen products, & thought I'd give this a try. I like it OK, but it's not as wonderful as the sunscreen.

My face feels clean but not dry after using this cleanser. Its smells so good, too!
