This is by far one of my favorite beauty products. The flip top lid is the best because you flip it open and press your cotton pad onto the top to get the product. No need to unscrew lids, or even flip over the bottle. I keep it stowed away in my drawer and it's the best! Not to mention it takes off all traces of makeup, with no oily residue, and is all natural!

I love this makeup remover. It is natural, does not sting my eyes at all, and works great at removing makeup. It does not work well for waterproof, but for me that doesn't matter as I only wear waterproof once in a great while.

a bit watery but removes makeup fairly effectively ... with a little effort -- only works for products that are NOT water-resistant due to it's gentle cleansing ingredients -- causes no eye irritation either. love that it's fragrance-free, paraben-free & PG (propylene glycol)-free!!!

Gentle herbal eye make-up remover by Eminence which easily removes mascara without any effort. Although I haven't tried it with waterproof mascara, I like the way the product feels on my brows and eyes. There's no stinging or irritation.

I actually really like the texture (not oily, not sticky/gooey), the smell is pleasant, the ingredients are great and it removes make-up really well. However I have extremely sensitive eyes and this does sting quite a bit. The dispenser is really good too as it helps to ensure that you don't use too much. N.B. I am also using the Lemon Cleanser which I love and it does the job just fine, so I will stick to that alone to remove my make-up.

I have thoroughly enjoyed how gentle this product is on my eyes. There is no burning and it removes my eye make-up easily. I definitely recommend this to anyone with sensitive eyes.

I really love this eye makeup remover. Has never stung my eyes, and I do use it on the under side of my top eyelid, because I put eyeliner there. No problems with this one. I like the ingredients. It's great; I'd never switch.

The best way I found to use it is to wet cotton round first and then put product on the round.

Update:

It's not the product, but my mascara. For whatever reason it is very difficult to remove (it's not waterproof), so I have to work hard to take it off with the Eminence. However since the ingredients are nice and natural, I won't be switching for now.

I have very sensitive skin, even more so around my eyes. I have tried many different eye makeup removers over the years and this is the only one that does not cause me to have burning/itching/dryness. It is also very effective and removes eye makeup thoroughly.

This product is wonderful- it removes mascara easily and doesn't sting my eyes. My eyes feel fresher after using it as well.

I was having irritation problems with my prior eye make-up remover. I was looking for an organic product that would be gentle to my eyelids and still do a great job removing make-up. When I tried Eminence - I knew I had found the perfect product. I am extremely pleased with their eye make-up remover. I plan on using this product for as long as they sell it!!!!
