Hydra-Cool after using Active Serum, and if the latter is strongly burning, uses just over the top - it instantly removes the discomfort of the active serum, but at the same time reducing its effectiveness (I thought).

As part of an iS Clinical program of the cleansing complex and the active serum in the evening, the hydra cool serum is a refreshing, sheer hydrator for daytime use that will not aggravate acne. If you have dry skin, as I do, however, it will likely not provide enough moisture on its own, and should then be coupled with another moisturizer on top.

The product is a silky liquid serum that works miracles for my skin condition.. Five years ago, I went to a physician in Philadelphia who recommended this product for my roseatia. I was having a terrible time with my nose and cheeks being bright red all the time. After using this and another product (Pro Heal)I have seen a remarkable decrease in redness. Another affect has been the improvement in overall skin elasticity. My friends are amazed that I have fewer wrinkles than I used to have. My skin is almost wringle free at the age of 60.

I love the refreshing feel this product gives to my skin, and the scent is refreshing too. Does not smell like a medical application. It is easy to apply and transport in mini containers.

I love that this gel-based serum can provide hydration without the heaviness, clogging, or greasiness associated with typical "moisturizers." It works great all year round. It is also very "cooling" when applied,so it works great for irritated skin, or even sunburned skin.
