This is definitely the most effective blemish treatment I have ever tried, and doesn't leave the dry skin as many other treatments do. It's the best and I highly recommend it!!

This thin blue liquid worked well on clearing up back acne for my 14 year old daughter. A few days after application, her back was nearly clear. It was less effective on my adult facial acne, which is very mild, but nonetheless unpleasant at my age! Did seem to help, but took longer to see results after application.

This stuff really does work. Just one drop before bed and when you wake up your pimple disappears. I love it!

this product works fine with small acne; however, it takes days to cure for the big one. it's very cheap but the quality is good, I will continue to use it.

I refer to this as my magic blue stuff. It works great to treat active blemishes and helps prevent new ones. Really light and super easy to apply (best to wait until your face completely dries). Best thing is you can use all you want and you won't end up with dry, flaky skin.
I've "sensed" a zit coming on and applied a few drops of this directly to area and many times the zit will just disappear. If it doesn't completely go away, this product will reduce the "ugly" time of having the zit...really reduces inflammation. Review posted 7/18/2007.
I liked this product, it goes on clear and can be worn under makeup. Does not sting or burn and dries up blemishes quickly
