I've been using this kit for a few weeks now, and I definitely seem to have less bumps on my arms and thighs. I only use the body wash a couple times a week, but I try to remember the cream almost daily. I mix it with several drops of grapefruit seed extract, since I have read that some believe the KP is caused by a parasite (and the GSE is anti-microbial.) I didn't have severe KP in the first place, but I had tried neem oil, GSE, and sea buckthorn oil, and this seems to be giving better results.

I've been using the Glytone Keratosis Pilaris Kit for the last month, which is why I am only giving 4 stars. It's great to find something that REALLY works after trying so many different products for years. It does take about two weeks to experience a noticeable difference.
I have KP the worst on my upper arms. The skin there is now smooth-- no more chicken skin! Most of the redness (I'd say 85%) is gone now, too, but not yet entirely- yet.
It has only been a month, and it seems to get better and better ever day. I am definitely re-ordering and am also getting some for another family member to try, as KP runs in our family.
The only thing is that the lotion does sting a little--I know it's because of the alpha hydroxy acid. Once when applying the lotion, a little too much got on one part of my arm and I had a very unpleasant reaction-- severe itching and irritation. I washed the area with soap and water. The next day I had what looked like a burn in that spot. I avoided that spot for a few days and it has cleared up just fine. Just be careful when you apply it. Review posted 11/13/2009.

Don't recommend using the scrub and lotion everyday. The lotion tends to make the skin itch if used everyday.

Can't Live Without It by BC
I've been using this kit everyday now for 1-1/2 years now. It's been like a miracle. I tried not using it and my KP came back. Recently, I discovered that sometimes I don't have to use the lotion and I noticed that my skin all over had a beautiful sheen and was so silky smooth without putting on any of the body cream. This is a first and really I was amazed because my skin was the driest. I no longer have the bumps anymore. I wish I didn't have to keep buying this, but, I guess it's my fate. It does work very very well.

Softening my skin by anonymous
This product is very strong and works great! But you must be very careful if you have sensitive skin. It works fabulously on my legs and arms. But has caused allergic/chemical reactions on my neck and chest...where I am much more sensitive.

There isn't anything I don't like about this product. I've tried so many products to get rid a my keratosis pilaris and this is the only one that really works.
