I've found LMX to be very helpful in dealing with the aftereffets of shingles. Helps relieve some of the stinging effect.

I used LMX 4 30 minutes before going to the laser hair removal session, and it helped. It doesn't become pain free, of course, but it makes the procedure more tolerable. It's easy to spread, not greasy at all. Good product for this purpose.

It is also helpful to stop the pain from all types of minor injuries, stings, burns or rashes. It works even better is the area is covered with some plastic wrap.
