This product was reccomend to me from Centreville, VA Verified Purchaser I think that this item should have of come with directions on how to use it. Unfortunately, I don't think I got it's full effect since i did not know the proper time it needed to be applied Review posted 5/11/2011.

Skin numbing claim, not effective from annapolis, MD Verified Purchaser I purchased the product to help reduce the discomfort associated with fractional laser treatments that I was receiving. There was no noticable difference in the level of discomfort I felt with or without the use of the product. Review posted 4/25/2007.
Comment from DermStore staff: L-M-X - 4I recommend applying this product 10-15 minutes prior to the laser treatment, and if possible apply saran wrap to the areas that you applied the L-M-X - 4.
