In the description it says it had purple in it, that was the reason for my purchasing it. I couldn't find any swatches of the color on lips so I took a chance and when I got it I hated the color. There's no purple at all it's like a brown dusty rose which is my least favorite lip color ever.

Aside from the color issue which I hope to return. I would buy lip2cheek again, the consistency is creamy and soft on your lips and the pigment you see in the pot shows on lips, you can make it more sheer to full on. It makes a very nice cream blush as well. The product itself is great.

I read a review of this product, which said that this color (Illusive) was universally flattering. I love it! Use it sparingly and build if necessary - but wait a minute because the color changes once it absorbs. It looks darker at first than it finishes. I love how it gives my cheeks a little glow. And it also matches my lip color perfectly, while evening them out to make them look perfect.
