I have been using this Hair/Nails supplement for about 4 years now. It has greatly improved the strength and texture of my hair and nails. My nails no longer split and break as easily as they did before use of this product. They grow longer and stronger than before. My hair is stronger, less brittle, and grows much faster than before use of this product.

its easy to take and i usually get side effects and that's one of the reasons i do not take any medication of any kind.. but i find that i can take this pretty well.

I've been using this product for a little over two months. I am amazed by the results! I am in my 50's, and have been wearing my hair in short layers because it was too damaged and lifeless to wear longer. Over the last couple of years my hail started breaking off. I normally get my hair cut every four weeks, and usually by the third week am counting the days til my next cut because my hair would not hold the style and was dry and lifeless. Well it has been about eight weeks since my last cut, and my hair has never looked so healthy! My hair has body and shine it never had before! I now have moe style options. I am so glad I found this product and will definitely continue to use it!

60 pills that help you grow out your hair... basically. It's very good. I'm at week 3 of taking these and I already see a difference.

I have used for about 3 weeks but I notice a slight increase in hair growth and nail growth. It's too early to tell if there is an increase in thickening of hair shafts or more increase of number of hairs. I am hopeful.
