This might be a best tool ever for regular skin. but if your skin is sensitive and or has Rosacea, keep far away from this. In fact never scrub your face. Use the most gentle products you can find and the skin will self regulate and calm down on its own. Epionce will help too, but no abrasion, scrubbing or rough treatment. I wish I had the sort of skin that could tolerate a Clarisonic because the one time I used it it felt so very good. but the aftermath was not a pretty sight.

Cleans better than a wash cloth. I use this to cleanse my face and PMD to exfoliate. I've seen really good results using them together.

This product is AMAZING. I've dealt with breakouts, blackheads, and combination skin since my teens. In the past, prescription products were the only things that would improve my skin, but after using the the Clarisonic Mia one time I saw an overall improvement in my skin like no other. Now, after several weeks of using the Clarisonic, I no longer need to use prescription creams or antibiotics. I have zero breakouts, there is a noticeable reduction in blackheads and the size of my pores, and my skin is finally normal!
