This lotion is one of the best of those that I've ever had. The toner has regulating and mattifying action that makes my skin soft and fresh for the prevention of shine. Lotion contains sebocidine which regulates sebaceous, purifies and provides anti-bacterial action. I use it twice a day in the morning and evening. My skin has changed from oily to combination and then normal, depending on the season.This lotion is right for me at any time

I love this toner because you can use it on cotton balls as many times as needed to remove dirt and makeup and yet it still does not dry out my skin.
