This cream is a good microdermabrasion cream. The texture is real fine to the touch. There is no over powering scent to it. The directions say to rub it over your skin for two minutes. My skin cannot tolerate 2 minutes of rubbing with the cream because of how abrasive it is. But once you rinse the cream off, you can tell a difference in the way your skin feels (smoother and softer). I like it better than the hand-held, rechargeable battery device (with various changeable pads). I found this cream more effective at the job than the hand-held device.

I love everything about this cream. My dermo recommended it for acne build-up. It truly keeps the skin clean and nourished by getting off the dead skin and nourishing the top layer.

There are many microdermabrasion scrubs on the market, Physician's Complex remains my favorite. It's texture is perfect and if used as directed leaves the skin feeling absolutely smooth.
