I've used the product only twice but was extremely satified. To my surprise, my skin was very soft after the first use. I was concerned, a little intimidated in the beginning because I'm African American with very sensitive skin. I love this product so far.

It worked okay I haven't used it enough to give it a thorough review yet. After I used to my skin was very soft. The suction is powerful it sucked in the soft skin of my arm and that was kind of scary. I turned off the device right away and gently pried my skin out, it was a little bruised after. Be careful with it.

Microdermabrasion is Amazing,it is easy to use it.I was not happy for the beggining because I used it during I was using RETNOIL 1.0,then later it worked while I stopped using Retnoil for couple of days.it is great for body too/

I have been using this product for about 3 weeks and there is a very noticeable decrees of the lines on my forehead and crows feet. I really like this product I encourage anyone to try it, it's worth it!

I like the change in the overall feel and look after only 2 uses. Only wish the disks lasted longer and were not so expensive to replace. I will be cautious as to how often I use the product. I have sensitive skin but feel safe using it.

This product is so great and so EFFECTIVE! I love it although it is a little on the expensive side it is worth every penny!

I've waited a month to write this review because I didn't want to be misleading but, I really love this product!! I noticed results to my skin immediately how clean and softer it is and it took about 3 weeks for my pores to get smaller but I am very happy with the results. Good luck with you and yours.

I really love this device. It get most of the dead skin off. I had a professional microdermabrasion done at a spa , and to me the result are pretty close. I love this product so much that I want to get another one for my family. Thanks to PMD I have smooth skin

personal Microdermabrasion system is great .The wand is easy to use and has reduced the brown acne marks on my skin. I do go to the dermatologist to get micro abrasion but this product gives you the same results.

First, let me say that I was not naive enough to expect this would be like the treatments I get at a spa. However, I heard so much hype about it that I thought it would be comparable to or exceed my experience with my NuBrilliance personal microdermabrasion machine. I was a little disappointed that this wasn't as effective, in my opinion. However, it is still o.k. I am still on the fence about whether I would recommend it. I guess it would depend on what your other options are. NuBrilliance is, in my opinion, a little closer to the results of personal microdermabrasion. I know; I've had many. I just ordered and will start using the M2 with this and see if that makes a huge difference.

I have been using this system for the last couple months about 1x/week. I have sun damage that aI am trying to get rid of. While this has not completely gotten rid of it in certain stubborn areas, I have seen great changes in the quality of my skin and overall appearance. It's important to start out with the blue discs and work your way up to the green ones until you can see what your skin can handle. Your follow up routine with a non alcoholic toner and cell renewal cream is also very important. You will soon find that the products you use on your face will penetrate much easier and end up doing what they actually say they are supposed to do since you don't have that top layer of dead skin blocking your products from reaching underneath. Overall, I am very happy with this product, although I am tempted to try the NuBrilliance for comparison. I like that the upkeep and price of the new discs is pretty cheap ($12 for 6 new discs that can each be used 2-3 times). Once you buy the machine, your major cost is complete. Pretty happy :)

This hand held machine works. Watch the video! You definately use light pressure and get noticeable results. I had a NuBrillance machine that I liked, ( purchased from a TV shopping network) but after 3 weeks the seals quit working and there was a loss of suction. Without suction you are wasting your TIME ! Found out that this was a major flaw with this unit for MANY buyers. The PMD unit WORKS! I truly love the results I am getting. Just using once a week, as the instructions suggest, is working for me!

Love it. Easy to use. Great results - I could see a tightening of my skin after the second use. Everything appears brighter, tighter and younger.

I absolutely love the personal microderm microdermabrasion system. Since I have purchased my skin is softer and it takes less product to moisturize. I have a scar on my face that the microderm seems to be erasing. It is so much less noticable. If I would have known this I would have been paying big bucks for treatments at a spa. But I can save money now by doing it myself at home.
