I first started using Barielle Nail Strengthener Cream 30 years ago and have not found a better one since then. I have been blessed with good, strong nails and felt using Barielle Cream made my nails indestructible. I spent the next 25 years wearing acrylic and gel nails frequently. Every time I took them off I used Barielle Cream to restore the health of my nails. Finding the Barielle Cream became difficult as I could no longer find it in retail stores and beginning to think it was no longer available. I recently took my gel nails off and was in desperate need of repair therapy. I am so happy to find Barielle Cream at Dermstore.com! I have been using it for about 3 weeks now and the improvement to my damaged nails is amazing. I expect to have healthy nails for a long time because of this product. I recommend it for others who need to restore their nails from the damage of acrylic or gel nails and for those who simply have weak nails. Trust me you will be sporting longer healthy nails in no time!

My nails tend to get splitting tips and thin ends. This cream, used regularly, works wonders. You don't have to spend a lot of time on the job; just smooth it on each nail before bed or when you're sitting around watching tv. It does the job, always.

The Barielle Nail Strengthener Cream is excellent. I've had a terrible time w/my nails peeling, breaking, splitting. I'm on my 2nd jar. I've used it faithfully every night at bedtime and in the morning. It has really helped - nails look and feel much better. I've used it over nail polish and without. I've used it more without to give it the very best chance to work. Now that my nails are doing so much better, I'm going to start polishing on a regular basis and hopefully, Barielle's good work will continue.

I have dry cuticles and this cream, although supposedly for strengthening nails, is excellent at softening dry, cracked cuticles.

I purchased the Barielle Nail Strengthener Cream about a month ago and have been applying it nightly ever since. The difference in my nails is remarkable. They are much stronger, more healthy-looking and much smoother as well. The help with the ridges was an unexpected and welcome surprise. My nails had gotten trashed from a few too many gel manicures. After my last one, all of my nails were so paper thin, and they were broken down below the skin. They were horrid! They would even bleed from how weak and split they were. I could feel they were thin even as low as the middle of the nail on the pink part. I had NEVER had this happen with my nails before. Every professional I saw, and everything I read online, said it would take 6 months for my nails to grow back out. Then, someone recommended this product, and being so desperate, I decided to give it a shot (I refused to use any polish-type hardener, as I feared it would make things worse). I rubbed the Barielle in 3 times a day, religiously. Within a few weeks, I could see my nails were getting smooth again and were taking on a shine. It took about a month before my nails started to grow out again without breaking or splitting. Now, two months later, they are ALL smooth, white, and hard as rocks. I have actually never had my nails be so strong! I still use Barielle a few times a week for maintenance. This truly IS a miracle product.

I have tried many nail strengthening products, but in less than 3 months this cream has really improved the peeling, strength and appearance of my nails - far better than any other product I have used. Products claiming to harden nails are all over and I have tried many. I am a surgeon. My hands are in soap/water/gloves all day. On weekends, am in my garden. I have never had hard nails - they split and tear, are hard to grow, and break off if filed. Tried Barielle. Voila! For the first time ever, I actually have to file my nails! They hold up, even in surgery. Highly recommend.

This product really does what it claims to do. I can say my nails are stronger than they've ever been and I only use the cream before I go to bed at night.

My entire life I had very oily, weak nails with peeling layers. I could never do anything with my nails as the upper layers would actually peel down/off and they would tear. The initial product I started using (at age 34) was difficult to use (it involved putting layers of polish on my nails, and due to the oiliness of my nails polish tends to chip off almost immediately -- within hours), and while it worked well to solve my nail problem it was just too much trouble. This product is easy to use (just put a little cream on my nails each day). My nails are strong and can grow as long as I want them (though I prefer to keep them shorter and neater) -- I have no problems at all with my nails anymore and I seriously had the worst nails of anyone I'd ever met. It seems expensive as it is a very small jar, but one jar lasts months, and it is actually very cost effective.

I think I have tried everything - this is the easiest and best product to use. I use it in the AM and PM and just really like the way may nails are looking.

Pleasant smelling, easy to use cream. I think that this product is worth it's weight in gold. My nails are very soft and break and tear very easily. I have found in the past that this cream helps immensely. Originally, horse groomers used it on their hoofs and realized that their nails were suddenly growing beautifully. As a result, it was discovered that this product strenghtens nails.
