Only use at night before I go to bed, but I wake up every morning with great skin! I was hesitant to buy it because I have oily, acne prone skin but this product was great and actually helped my break outs. Will definitely purchase again when I run out.

I have extremely dry and sensitive skin and it during winter it's a real battle. This Omega oil is the only product that has ever been able to calm my irritated skin or hydrate my dryness. I can't live without this stuff and would recommend it to anyone who wants to get that balance and glow back. Contrary to what you might think it will never cause you to break out.

I have stubborn acne around my chin area that seems to be aggravated by harsh products, stress, and hormone fluctuations. Within the first week of using this I almost cleared completely. However soon after, I experienced a very stressful month and all of that progress was gone. Things have started to calm down, and I am once again seeing results. I have not had to use blotting papers or pressed powder much since I started using this.

I think this product is great, overall I have oily acne-prone skin, so never thought of using oil on my face--but since I started using I've had fewer breakouts and my skin looks more even and healthy. I use in the evenings, it is a bit too oily for me during the day, but I wake up with glowing skin. Main drawback is the price, you get a very little amount for $40, and it really does not last that long.

Although I don't like the fishy smell, I mix this with SD's Hydrosoft lotion and pure aloe which masks the odor. Alone this is a bit too greasy for me, but it is a nice, gentle repairing treatment for my fair, acne-prone skin which occasionally gets a bit too much sun or is irritated.

This product was great!! My skin can get very dry in the winter time and this product really helped to mosturize my skin. I also breakout at times and most products make my acne worse and this product actually helped my breakouts. My skin feels great and I cant wait to buy this product again!

I love the way Sonya Dakar Omega-3 Repair Complex makes my skin feel every morning and night after I apply the product. It is not too greasy, just the right amount to hydrate all day and night. I am also grateful for the protection through out the day. I have noticed a big difference in my skin since using Sonya Dakar, I have also received a few complements on my skin!

I like how soft if makes my skin feel. It doesn't make you feel greasy at all. It also makes the moisturizer go on smoother.
