Jane Iredale was recommended to me after facial surgery. It has great, natural looking coverage, is easy to apply and is good to my skin. It even hides large pores on my nose!

I have been using Jane Iredale Purepressed Base for a number of years now. It is great for my acne prone/hyper sensitive skin. In addition it really does cover nicely.

Pressed powder goes on smoothly and evenly when applied with a brush in layers for any amount of desired coverage. Covers my rosacea redness very well and does not irritate my skin at all. I can't use a lot of products on my sensitive skin, so the SPF in the powder is really great for everyday protection.

I can not say enough about this product. It does a fabulous job of evening out your skin tone and controlling oil all day (with few touch ups in the afternoon). It is "layerable" without caking or looking fake. With a small detail brush, you can cover up blemishes - and it really works. The only thing that is sort of annoying about the packaging, is that when you start to run out of product, it takes longer to get enough product on your "handi" brush, evenly. However, this product is well worth the money, and I like it better than the Jane Iredale Loose mineral foundation. I think the pressed base looks more natural and softer.

If you have acne, scarring, and oily skin this will work wonderfully! As with any mineral make-up you must exfoliate and moisturize properly and also set your foundation with the hydration spray. It will not aggrevate your acne!

I will continue to buy this fabulous base. I have had extremely sensitive, skin that is prone to breakouts. I was always worried about putting makeup on my face until I found Jane Iredale. What a great find.

The pressed powder feels very light but covers nicely. It was recommended by my dermatoligist. I have seen changes in my face with regard to less blemishes ever since I have been using it. I have recommended the product to all my friends that have sensitive skin.

Back when I first discovered Jane Iredale products, I don't think there were Neutral Tone choices available. I could select either cool or warm. The challenge for me is that I am somewhere in between. Honey Bronze and Warm Silk were too dark for my light pink coloring, and Natural was a touch too pink. I was interested in the neutral tones, so I ordered the Bisque and couldn't be more thrilled. The color is such a perfect match for me that I no longer need a concealer. It *completely* covers the pinkness on my cheeks and chin (mild rosacea), without settling into pores. The finish is flawless.

I have oily skin, and this powder stays fresh looking all day, especially if I use Jane Iredale Absence underneath. I hardly ever have to use my blotting papers, and the color looks the same on my face at 7:00 PM as it did at 7:00 AM. It doesn't smear or transfer to my collar or to my scarves; it stays put!

Best of all, this powder will save me money. Because I no longer need a separate foundation to cover the redness, I save $52 by not having to buy Vincent Longo Water Canvas Creme-To-Powder Foundation! And though I still use a tiny bit of concealer around my nose and eyes, it's not completely necessary if I want to be more precise with the powder. I love this stuff. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Jane Iredale PurePressed Base is great for oily and acne prone skin. I tend to break out very easily, and I have had very few breakouts over the past few months since I started using it. What's also nice about it is that it is very light, yet provides amazing coverage. It's nice to have finally found a foundation that lasts all day and doesn't even feel like I'm wearing any makeup!
