I have sensitive eyes - does not irritate at all. The Jane Irdale mascara is well worth the price. I don't have any tearing when I wear this brand of mascara.

Recommend highly for an alternative to the others that are packed with chemicals. Great at lenghtening, thick but not clumpy. Great for use with contacts.

Definitely the best mascara I've ever used! It definitely does a great job of emphasizing lashes without ever flaking or smudging; it stays put all day! In fact the only tiny complaint I have is that it's a little bit hard to remove all the way, but I'd much rather that than the other way around. Plus the ingredients are totally harmless and natural, which is rare. I don't plan to stop reordering this product!

This mascara glides on leaving no clumps on your lashes. It stays in place throughout the day so you're not left with raccoon eyes. I have sensitive skin, and most mascara brands irritate my eyes, but this mascara is safe for even the most sensitive eyes.

This is a great mascara to buy if you're jittery about what ingredients you're putting on your eyelashes with other mascaras. This one looks good and is easy to put on, but it's probably not the best consistency or brush applicator out there.

I really like the all natural concept of this mascara. I also have many other Jane Iredale products and love most of them, so I was kind of disappointed that this one bled around the eyes and gave me racoon eyes, even though it is supposed to be waterproof. I still wear it sometimes and I love the feel of it as it goes on. It doesn't irritate or dry out giving you that artificial feeling. You just have to be aware that it may bleed and keep checking the mirror. I am so glad that I realized this before my wedding and ran out to get some cheapo waterproof stuff just for the day of my wedding.

I love the smoothness of it, it doesn't seem to flake; however, I have contacts and my eyes are very senstive and it seems to bother my eyes a month after I had it. It is better than anything I have purchase in the stores (all store products flake - bad for contacts). The one draw back is it does after a full day leave some black under your eyes but that is a minor thing.

I love how silky and smooth this mascara goes on. and that it is natural. it isn't maybe as thickening as i would like, but it isn't at all clumpy. very natural. i plan to buy this again.
