The California Baby SPF 30 is great for my senstive skin. I tend to break out easily with sun block so I am constantly searching for products that are light but effective on my skin. I love the fact that this product definitely provides the coverage needed to block the sun, it also does not break me out at all. The bad part of this product is that it is thick in consistency and goes on a bit heavy. My daughter has dark skin and she literally looks super white when I put this product on her. I am hispanic and have lighter skin and found that I can cover up the shine and whiteness of the product by adding powder but can't do the same for my 10 year old daughter.

best sunscreen for my baby, its natural and goes on smooth. I wouldnt buy any other going forward, they however need to improve the stick version

My dermatologist recommended that I try California Baby since I've been unable to wear other sunscreens. I've been using it for several weeks now and haven't broken out.

Out of all the "non-toxic" & "supe sensitive" types of sun blocks, this one works the best for sweat and ocean protection. While riding competively in 85 degree plus, sunny weather, this block lasts at least 3.5 hours. For the ocean, it lasts for about nearly 2 hours in heavy surf. It goes on a little thick and as it gets wet, a slight white color appears, but not too bad.

Leaves a white film on the skin, and won't come off without scrubbing. Didn't think to use oil, that may work. In any case, didn't want to use it on my face because I'm African-American.

After reading about the nasty chemicals that go into the common sunscreens, I was looking for a super sunscreen for my fair, sensitive face. On the plus side, this sunscreen does a good screening job, is fairly sweat-proof and doesn't cause break-out like other brands I have tried.

However, it's kinda opaque on the skin and is difficult to wash off. Its not available locally to me either, so I have to order it online. Lots of money for a little tube of goop....but better than anything else I have found.

I use this on my 7 month old almost every day. It never stings his eyes and I feel good knowing that it is safe and organic!
