good for melasma/facial hyper-pigmentation from los angeles, CA Verified Purchaser scarguard scarlight md is a viscous, transparent, yellow-tinted product that you brush on the hyper-pigmented patches on your face. per the directions, i use it twice a day. at first, it seemed like it wasn't doing anything but after a few days, i noticed a lot of fine peeling in those areas where i used it. about a week after starting the use of scarguard, i could see the new pink skin coming to the surface AND my skin in those areas was softer. it definitely works! just make sure you use your sunscreen!
